Downtown Oak Harbor Farmers’ Market
The Oak Harbor Development Group will again be holding Downtown Oak Harbor Farmers’ Markets on the fourth Saturday of each month June-October from 9:00am to 12:00pm. The location of the market is North Church Street from Water Street to the alley. Along with farm fresh produce, farm market vendors can also provide quality poultry products, fresh baked goods, herbs, fresh cut flowers, all types of plants, fruit, cider, handmade crafts, garden décor, antiques, art, music, jewelry and gourmet food items. The Oak Harbor Apple Festival Committee is taking over the craft show at the VFW Memorial Hall. The show will run in conjunction with the festival, and the hours will be Saturday 10AM - 7PM and Sunday 10AM-5PM. Please call the office if you are interested in being a vendor.
The Oak Harbor Chamber Foundation is a non-profit 501 (c) 3 organization that was established to raise and accept charitable donations which will be used to bolster the business community and sustain economic viability. The Foundation seeks to establish funds for small business grants, community improvement projects, small business development programs, education and trainings, local scholarships and other relevant business projects in Oak Harbor.
In addition to business benefits, The Oak Harbor Area Chamber of Commerce also organizes activities and events to promote a sense of community and maintain the charm and vitality of Oak Harbor. Only by supporting great events like these will they continue every year to bring residents and visitors together to experience the Easter Egg Hunt, Independence Day Celebration and Fireworks, Oak Harbor Apple Festival, Downtown Trick or Treat & Old Fashioned Christmas Celebration. Donated funds are also used to improve and carry on these Oak Harbor traditions.

There are many ways to give to your community through the foundation, including, but not limited to: cash gifts, bequests in your will, retirement funds, real estate & life insurance policies. The Oak Harbor Chamber Foundation, was founded in 2016, and is organized as a 501(c)(3) corporation exclusively for charitable, educational and cultural purposes. The Foundation provides a mechanism to establish, administer and finance programs to meet the business community’s crucial and changing needs in line with the goals of the Chamber of Commerce.
